About Me

I'm Just your average every day guy, I have been a bachelor for my whole life so I might not be able to be saved, but I am trying. I act a lot younger than my age, and looking for friendship or a relationship in my life. I do smile, but I just can't stage a smile for the camera without looking goofy. If I get one with a genuine smile I will put it up. I'm a cat person but also like dogs and other pets, just being a firefighter for 10 years only allowed me to have a cat in the house so I became attached to the independent little guys, could be worse I could have went with Hamsters or Snakes! I'm not a social butterfly at all and feel more comfortable with a group of close friends at a home BBQ, bowling, or other activity rather than you and I just heading out to a bar. I'm a blue collar kind of guy and want to retire as early as possible so I can get out of my current job and do something I enjoy. I have worked on Aircraft, Machinery Maintenance, been in the IT field, worked in the Optical field, was an Electronic Tech with the USPS, and even a firefighter/crash fire rescue for 10 years. I probably should have been a modern day Farmer but life takes you on some crazy side roads sometimes and you find yourself on the other side of the world in some desert using a rifle to stop people from fighting that have been at it for thousands of years (and will be till the end of days). In my Air Force years I have seen a lot of this planet, that's why I would like to settle down out in the country in the great U S of A (as long as Obama doesn't screw it up to bad before I can retire) if you can't tell, my political views lean right but can swing left with some issues. if your far left or far right, stay far away. It takes a balance to keep this country great. My Hobbies include but are not limited to computers, electronics, gardening, hobby farming, wine/beer making, hiking/exploring/driving for a weekend, & prepping. I like to study up on anything that comes to mind and research useless things on-line because I love learning (just hate classrooms) For ***, I will wash my hands and wonder, how do you make soap? The next few hours will be spent on-line learning how. I don't do church. If you do that's great but I won't be going there with you. I feel you can have God in your heart without gathering with a bunch of hypocrites that are only worried about gossip & how they are dressed. I grew up Catholic! Just to be honest and get it out there, if your extremely overweight, know for sure your high maintenance, really into the Gothic scene, your chest & its just my preference. Now, if your a healthy, fun loving, maybe on the nerdy side, like to do things outside and inside, into computers, your White, Hispanic, or Asian and looking for a relationship where we are very much equals, have children or not, then I would love to hear from you. I'm very traditional when it comes to dating, especially meeting people from on-line Ads. Nothing long or drawn out, A quick coffee, lunch or dinner date to see if we click is what I would suggest. If it goes well you can just tell and can suggest something to make it longer or there is always a second date. I tend to be shy at first, but will talk your ear off when I get to know you.
