I'm a fairly introverted and quiet fellow. I believe close human companionship is the most important thing in life, and that's something lacking in mine at the moment. He is the master-- his music is beautiful and timeless. Let's award the runner-up trophy to Beethoven. I like Tchaikovsky a lot. Chopin and Debussy are very nice to listen to. I sometimes enjoy the music of some of the "weird" modern composers like Stravinsky and Ligeti. In the area of Rock my favorites are Queen, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and Foo Fighters. New Age? Vangelis. Jazz? Pop? The Carpenters and ABBA. Country? Television theme songs? Batman! Yes, I'm a silly person sometimes.How about television? I've been watching The Walking Dead for excitement, and The Big Bang Theory for laughs. Gold Rush is entertaining. I still watch Survivor loyally. I've been watching Jeopardy for three decades. I enjoy golf and football. Maybe 2 to 4 movies a month, and that's about it for TV viewing.I love board games. No, I'm not talking about mundane geezers like Monopoly and Life and Clue (though I do enjoy Scrabble). I'm talking about the board game renaissance that has been happening over the last 10 to 15 years. I'm talking about imaginative, intriguing, fun and fascinating games.
