oe•no•phile (EE-nuh-fyl) n. Someone who enjoys wine, especially as a connoisseur.+ I have recently developed a deep resolve to really try all venues in search of a special friend and companion. I've been single for over five years and started this search in earnest with mixed results recently (read: I'm still single but made some new friends.)I currently work two jobs (one fancy-pants bartending gig and one rock-n-roll bartending gig.) I am also attempting to study for my Certified Wine Educator all the while trying to travel, feed myself and have clean clothes. I enjoy being busy as much as I enjoy watching a show on TV while sitting on the couch. I must note that many women have posted some broad generalities concerning "games" and "hook-ups" etc. I am not interested in these as well but at the risk of sounding like I am generalizing, many of you might want to re-examine what you are looking for here. I make no illusions; I am looking for a life-partner or at least a good friend and maybe a few new people to engage in conversation. I find the mind more important than the body when it comes to a special relationship but must admit that as a man, my programming is of a visual nature.I invite anyone who would like to chat with me to do so. I just ask that you be honest and understand that if you stop communication early on, I'll consider that a sign that you are no longer interested.
