OK, here's the deal:Being single in your 40's (turned 50 on Oct. 7th, yikes!) really sucks. I don't have much of a dating life but here I am. I work, run, shuttle my son back and forth to band practice and football games, make sure he gets his homework done, and take care of the house. I'd like to have a dating life again, but when I do have time it seems like our schedules conflict. Sometimes I want to blow this place off and just quit for a few years until my son flies the coop, but if I do that I might miss out on finally meeting her.I have been divorced 5 years and I am pretty comfortable in my own skin now but I miss romancing a woman, someone who is as eager to be with me as I am with her.
