I'm a retired paramedic/firefighter. I am a type 1 diabetic. I am 5'9" in height and weigh ***lbs. I can lift two hundred lbs dead lift. I am 47 yrs old. I have an associate degree in Emergency Medical Technology and trained in computer repair( a professional nerd). I am a christian and am looking for the same faith in my partner.I don't use drugs or smoke. If you do, that is your choice, but keep looking. I am a model railroad fan and am an outdoor specialist. I like to camp , go hiking, swim,fish, bicycling, downhill skiing,and adventuring. I take care of myself and would like someone that takes good care of herself. I am not looking for a "fling", "one night stand" or whatever terminology you would like to inset here. Yes I live in SC, my parents raised me with a strong mind and a strong back.     Never fall in love because everything that falls gets broken. You must grow in love because things that grow get bigger and stronger! Two of my latest surgeries was this year, ***. A total left knee replacement and a ankle fusion. I also recently had some new and very strange symptoms and had test done and found out I have Multiple Sclerosis. I guess I'm saying this because I don't want anyone to freak out if we meet and be surprised. I am more than ready to be involved in fun and a relationship. I am still learning about my new life and finding new ways to handle my current situation. I am a truly blessed man. I'm very tough and strong willed. I'm a very loving and honest to the core. I'm a man that is very open and not afraid to talk about things and share my feelings with that special someone. I am not a needy man. I do want someone that wants to spend a lot of time together. Well as much as we can. lol. I like and need someone in my life that is calm and laid back, yet funny and with a awesome personality. I have a lot to give someone and want to give and receive love and attention. I have been single for several years now due to working on myself and my physical situation. Now that I am so close to getting my life back on track, I am looking for a special lady to start spending time with and see where this road we call life may take us. :) Who cares! Lets have fun no matter what we do. :)
