I am a nature-oriented person and perhaps happiest on a good hike in the wild. I am athletic, but not an athlete, and although I enjoy watching a good football game, the world cup, and the Olympics, I am not very sports-oriented. Schooling and my job have drawn me to these places - and other adventures. I am very lucky to do for a living what I dreamed of doing as a kid. I am not a man of faith, but, respect and share in the effort to find meaning in our lives and to live purposefully. I am open to dating someone who lives by faith so long as we can agree to honor each other's paths.Like (most) everyone else, I am hoping to find someone with whom I can deeply connect with and share in life. For me that would be a woman who has many common interests and some new ones (to me) and is curious, compassionate, and independently-minded.
