I am a runner and weight lifter. I have to be. Those activities keep me upbeat and healthy.I'm not the type to sit in front of the television for extended periods of time. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a good movie every now and then, but for the most part, I would rather be doing something outside, or mildly creative inside. Or....., wildly creative.....hahahaAt times I can be introspective, especially after I've just finished cutting up. You know the two famous questions, man, did I just say that? Smoke from a fire pit will not send you running for the house. With eyes watering from all the smoke, you are still good for conversation, even if the conversation should happen to turn to how the smoke is following your beautiful self, and leaving me completely alone. Realizing that life is not always a bed of roses, I believe it's how we respond to each other that makes a difference. Mutual respect and honesty go the distance.
