I am a runner and weight lifter. I have to be. Those activities keep me upbeat and healthy.I'm not the type to sit in front of the television for extended periods of time. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a good movie every now and then, but for the most part, I would rather be doing something outside, or mildly creative inside. Or....., wildly creative.....hahahaAt times I can be introspective, especially after I've just finished cutting up. You know the two famous questions, man, did I just say that?
