About Me

Added some new current pictures. Main pic is about a year old. As you can see, I haven't changed much. I haven't been in a car accident or had acid splashed on my face, so I still haven't changed much. Where are all the good guys? You passed them up and threw them in the trash bin looking for the jerks. LMAO!I am not looking for someone to take care of me, I can do that just fine. I cook, I clean, I do laundry the correct way, I get up for work every day. I am quite comfortable with who I am, and where I am in life. I do miss companionship. Someone to talk to, to go out and do things with. I moved to the DFW area 7 years ago. I also have 3 step children (at least they used to be) who I consider my kids. They have been in my life for 14 years. I am "dad" to them. They live with me during the week, so they can attend the high school they started at. They have had to move to different schools and make new friends too many times in the past. They will be with me until they graduate if I can help it. They will always be MY kids. (4 girls, Damn, I hope they all don't decide to get married within a year of each other, LOL)I like to cook, some times it is great, and other times leaves something to be desired,(like take out) I am somewhat active and spontaneous. I like movies, both at theaters and at home. I am looking for a woman between 35 and 50 who is over the drama. Most of all, I am looking for my best friend. Not just a fair weather friend, a true best friend. I want someone who can handle the fact that I travel a bit for work. Someone who wants to spend as much time with me as possible while I am home, but is not needy. (well, a little needy is ok, but only a little). I like to go out and have fun, especially listening to live bands or playing pool. I don't drink very much at all, but every now and then will have a beer. I am a really nice guy, who knows how to treat a lady. If I tell you that I will call you, I will call you. If I tell you I will meet you, I will meet you, and if I will be late, I will call you to let you know. If I feel like we have a connection, I will do just about anything for you. Love the aroma, hate the flavor. Lets meet at Sonic for Ice Cream or something. I do travel quite often for work, and can be at short notice. I have gone to the office on more than one occasion, and was told to book a flight for the next morning, so planning a meeting for a week or two in advance may not work.
