Here goes...I am an apparel industry technician developing and manufacturing Culinary, Hotel and Hospitality industry uniforms with an emphasis on Chefs Uniforms in particular for the last 10 years. This actually is a great thing because I'm also a bit of a Chef in my own rite so they kind of go together. When I am not working I like to spend my time on or by the ocean.
