My job keeps me active; I do a lot of hiking in the summer, and a lot of skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter. So, there are times I like to relax at home, especially in the winter next to the fireplace. I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, shooting, motorcycle riding and leaving dumb messages on my sister-in-law’s voicemail. I love live music; any kind, and comedies and action/adventure movies. My favorite TV show is “Psych”; those guys are funny! My favorite color is green, and being with friends and family makes me happy. I'm confident, a little shy and I'm not a vegetarian. I love rib eye steak, prime rib and barbeque ribs. When I think of meat, I think of family barbeques and buffets. I'm a sucker for a buffet. Buffets bring me a lot of joy, and my joy is measured in calories. I love brownies, especially with walnuts. My favorite vegetable is carrot cake, and yes, I consider it a vegetable, just like I consider pineapple upside down cake a fruit. Some people might use illegal substances to get high, not me! A hot fudge sundae will do it for me. Anything covered in barbeque sauce tastes pretty good too. I have faults. One of them is buffets. Indulge in buffets is what I say, but save the last brownie for me!I like meeting people, making new friends and sharing experiences . . . . . . someone who's better than me . . . someone who shares similar interests and at the same time is someone I can learn from and grow with . . . someone who cares about me for who I am and that I can feel the same way about. To me, that's what friendships/relationships are about. I don't consider smoking or drug use attractive qualities.I'm an animal lover, and believe in the therapeutic power of bunnies. Most importantly, I have all my teeth, my knuckles don't drag on the ground, I don't play World of Warcraft, and I don't wear tank tops with ketchup and gravy stains on them . . . my other faults include constantly losing my sunglasses, misplacing my keys, my tupperware is unorganized and my daughter and sister-in-law would say I'm retarded.

Is ANYONE on this site for real? I am starting to have my doubts. Will SOMEONE prove to me otherwise? :)I'm easy going and laid back. (Boy, these things are hard to write.) Here goes!.) and really like it here. I guess the ocean and weather have quite a bit to do with that. :) I've never been married and have no children because, well, I just haven't met the right one yet. And don't have a problem with children if you have them. If Mrs. Right comes along and she want's to have children, I'd like that. However, being in my early 40's, well, I'm OK with the fact that I may meet a woman who doesn't want/can't have/already has enough children. I'm looking for my soulmate first and foremost; I'm not ashamed to say that I am tired of being alone. Anyway, I'm just a typical guy who likes typical guy things. I like to fish, snorkle the reef that's right off of the beach here, cook, read, watch a good movie, go to great restaraunts, and I love tuna sushi/sashimi. I'd like to enter a Tough Mudder. I like to play guitar. Pinot Noir is my favorite wine, I'm not big on liquor and don't smoke. I know my way around a tool box and can work on things. :) My next undertaking is spearfishing, which is why I took up snorkeling. I am in the process of getting my PADI open water certification..
