I am just a cool, calm, and collective kind of guy with a sense of humor at the right time. I like to do just about anything and love to go out and take walks out in natural parks. I like to swim and play tennis and anything else you can think of. I have an open mind and will try anything once. I would like to have a candle lite dinner or even go out to the movies or something fun and interesting for us both to experience.

Top 10 reasons I’m different that other guys out there:***I have a job! A real job that is full time, pays a salary, allows me plenty of free time. ***No drama-no baggage! Yes, I have kids. However, there is no baby-mama drama at all! We were married, got divorced, and have both moved on… ***I love kids and animals. See above for kids…I love all animals, and they seem to really like me (as do kids). I don’t kill animals, except insects…I’m an awesome spider killer!***I’m a giver, especially of my time. I volunteer to coach youth sports (football and baseball), and will always volunteer to help others and the community.***managing. I don’t sweat the small stuff. Why be bothered if someone orders red wine with fish, or thinks IU is better than Purdue, or leaves the cap off the toothpaste.***I’m not a serial dater, into one night stands, or dating married people. I’m truly looking for one special person. Anyway, the whole first date thing is so awkward. Being comfortable with a special someone is way better.***I don’t judge people…except maybe the people of Walmart J. I have no issues with anyone due to their race, religion, or income level. I do have issues with people who are rude, disrespectful, or think they are “elite”.***I’m a planner, but I’ll always plan something we both can enjoy. I’m also a “driver”, so you can feel free to relax and enjoy yourself!***All my pictures are recent! A couple of them were taken just a couple of weeks ago-see if you can tell which ones! So no, I have not lost any hair or gained any weight since the pictures were taken J Also, no shirtless bathroom pics (ok, there is one bathroom pic, but still with my shirt on!), or other…revealing pics from below the belt line! No shame in the game, but there has to be something left to the imagination. And the number one reason: ***I don’t lie, cheat, or steal. Never have, never will, just not in my DNA.

... Don't settle. We both deserve sincerity, honesty, loyalty... I read a lot of skepticism in girls profiles on here. Maybe it's warranted, I don't know. If you want something meaningful, you're going to have to take the risk of being vulnerable at some point. Now I'm not talking true vulnerability on a first contact or even a date... but if you say you don't want a player, but you approach every possible relationship with a high level of distrust, only a player will continue to pursue you. You will attract exactly what you don't want. We all have a little baggage & we've all been burnt. I'm looking for someone who has the strength to trust again. It's scary, but we will earn it & we deserve it. My baggage is minimal. :)I'm a business owner who enjoys dining out, comedy clubs, concerts, my motorcycle, movies at home or out, and more for your regular type of stuff. But for those special experiences, I like to be bold... I've skydived, scuba dived, driven race cars, took flying lessons, rode my Harley across the country, recorded a CD of my own music, etc. I've never really had a "bucket list" because when I decide I want to do something, I make it happen. I love to laugh (I know, who doesn't). I play guitar at church. I love to sing! I like a lot of different kids of music, but my favorite is something with soulful vocals. I have 2 daughters (age 7 &***that mean the world to me. They are such good kids. Kind, caring, funny, well mannered... I get to see them almost everyday, because they get off the school bus at my house & their mom picks them up later. I have a good relationship with their mom, meaning no drama, not meaning there's still a chance of getting back together. When I think of long term possibilities... If you have kids (& I don't mind at all if you do), they must be nice to my daughters. That's really the only "deal breaker" that I have as far as starting to date. Of course, I have talked to my single friends about their dating nightmares & I may come up with new "deal breakers" after I have a few of those disasters they talk about lol. Well, this is my first try at this online dating thing, so if you're interested in learning more I'd love to talk to you.PS: POF's little chemistry test didn't really represent me very well when I started to read the results, so don't put too much stock in that. :) I kinda like the idea of a lunch date to start off. It's casual, and has a built in time clock so we don't have to stay long if we don't click. It's enough time to see if we want a second date, and not so long that our friends have to text us to see if we need an "emergency" to call us away from the date lol.
