I'm a positive person- life is too short for lots of drama. :) I've never been married (but would like to be someday) and would also like to have a child or adopt. My parents were married for 40 years until my Mom died. My father's advice to me was "find someone who will be your best friend". It happened for my parents, I've seen it happen for my friends too, so that's what I'm looking for too. I'm a romantic and really enjoy doing nice things for people I care about. I enjoy good music, concerts/live bands, hiking, kayaking, photography, charity work/volunteering, walking on the beach at sunset, and home improvement projects. I love music- was a DJ on the radio for ten years- worked at several radio stations playing classic rock, christian, oldies, and top 40 music formats.***somewhere with great live music, concerts all the time, restaurants, and outdoor activities- lots of places to go kayaking, hiking etc. God is in control- so we'll see how he leads that.I'm a Christian. I've made my share of mistakes in the past- just like the next person - hopefully I've learned a few lessons along the way. :-) I'd say a good first date would be meeting at a nice restaurant - somewhere quiet where we can just be relaxed and enjoy a nice evening of good food and conversation. :)
