Hello, everyone! A bit about me:I have two daughters (ages 9 and 6.5) and love spending time with them. I love traveling (been to many foreign countries), cooking, trying new restaurants, collecting and drinking wine, and working on projects around the house. I also enjoy running--I try to get out of the house and run every day for thirty minutes or so. I find that it really helps clear my head. I've also been known to go out dancing for the evening, be it in a group or even by myself. Even just people-watching at these places is pretty entertaining!I very much enjoy my work, but I'm not a workaholic. I get to the office fairly early, work smarter (not harder), and am done at a very reasonable hour. I travel for work occasionally, maybe four or five times a year.I like to think of myself as having a good sense of humor, and I do enjoy making people laugh. I try not to take myself too seriously. Life's too short to be a stick-in-the-mud.I don't sit in front of the TV watching sports all weekend. I'd rather be spending time with friends and family by the pool, on a run or a hike, or exploring new things.As for my musical taste, it's pretty well-rounded, I think. '80s, jazz standards, "cocktail party" music, lounge music, dance, house, etc. I'm not a fan of country or rap, but everything else is pretty acceptable to me.Well, that's about it for now. I'm sure I'll think of some other items and add them. Hope to connect with some new people! Something low-key like coffee or an after-work drink. If we hit it off, great. If not, no biggie!

I'm an intellectual person but I still like to have fun! I love to read, learn, and try new things. I love to travel... I know lots of people on here say that, but I actually do it. Just got back from Eastern Europe this past summer. Next year: Africa! I'm into movies and good television but I don't spend lots of time in front of the TV. I love photography (my hobby), animals (especially dogs), and spending time with friends... but I'm particular about who they are. Family is important to me. I'm a liberal person and I like things and people who expand my mind! I like to eat healthy but I also love good food. I try not to eat a lot of meat but I love seafood. I like my work but it doesn't define me, I could easily walk away from it under the right circumstances. I work out and stay active. I took salsa dance lessons and had a lot of fun, but I'm not going to be winning any competitions! I own my own house and love being walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, etc. I'm a city person but I love nature as well, especially places with water. Music? Jazz and blues are great, what else...; I'm kind of all over the place. It's more about the artist than the genre. Basically, I try to be balanced: Fitness is important but I'm not a gym rat, like to go out and have fun but I'm not a barfly, gotta read and learn but I'm not a bookworm!P.S. Don't worry, I won't send you a picture of my penis! Women on here have told me that happens a lot, what's that about!? That's hilarious. A perfect first date would be a candlelit dinner and then a long walk on the beach to watch the sunset... just kidding, that's silly. Happy hour for drinks would be great! I'm fun and easy to be with, try me and you'll see!
