I've just undergone a life changing operation to lose weight after being BIG all my life. Now looking to change the other thing that's wrong with my life, having no-one to share it with. I'm new to this Internet dating lark & not very good *** blowing my own trumpet, but here goes...I appear to have a tough outer shell but really I'm quite soft inside, a gentle giant with a heart of gold. I'm told I have a great sence of humour & don't take myself too seriously life's too short... I'm hard working, honest, Caring & above all trustworthy.I have lots of close friends & a good family behind me, I particularly like being an Uncle to my 5 nieces & nephews, Aswell as being Godparent to 3. I love kids & for some strange reason they seem to like me.....? Who knows hopefully one day I'll have kids of my own...? Hobbies.I have spent most of my time & money Banger Racing with lots of success until 10 years ago i started my own Haulage Company. That has kept me pretty busy since. I still like to go & watch now & then in my spare time.Update: Had my operation in March & have already lost 6 stone. That's 10 stone in total since I started on this journey last October/November. Suppose I should update my profile pictures but as all you Girls tell me it's my personality that counts & I'm still the same Guy inside. Drinks & Meal in a pub/Restaurant

I want a partner that wants to play with me. I believe that if you do not play together, you do not stay together…That having been said, I enjoy a lot of things that I have not gotten to do for the past 8 years. During the summer, I love spending time on my boat and can be found waterskiing as often as possible. I have my girls trained as the best flag girls and boat “Betty’s” imaginable! During the Winter, I taught skiing and skied upwards of a ***days per winter, but barely got out the past few winters…I am not one that really follows any professional sports because I think the players are overpaid and it is a waste of time that I could be spending with my girls or having fun. I look forward to camping. Any partner that I have can have kids of their own, but must be completely happy to enjoy my girls because they are going to be a big part of my life for the rest of my life! I also need the personal time that my previous relationship lacked. I was always a little on the wild side before I got married and miss the intimacy and fun that was in my life prior to “settling down” in a marriage. I honestly think it is an important part of a relationship and needs to be a part of any committed relationship. Affection is a natural thing and needs to be there for a relationship to last. Family has always been a really big part of my life. I waited until I was more mature to get married, but unfortunately, she changed and was really not the perfect match for me. I look forward to having the love and support that a spouse and family members give you that I haven’t felt like I had for the past few years…I am not interested in anyone that thinks they can “save” me or wants to “change” me. I don’t need saving or changing. I am a pretty awesome person just the way I am, just ask my true friends. The first date should be fun and allow us to get to know each other better...lots of communication, so a movie is out... Dinner and Drinks, an evening relaxing on the boat... a hike... something where we can talk
