About Me

I'm on a quest find new people with hobbies I may have never thought of before. I work a lot during the week, but I'm free weekends. I enjoy going to small places/bars listening to music and I'm open to all types of music, I like southern blues the best. I like to run 5ks and other activities that make me feel accomplished. So in a nut shell, I'm looking for someone who wants to find a new path too. I like a person who's worried she may be a little crazy and wants someone to listen to her ideas, complaints, and dreams. I really am very normal, mostly average, simple and nice. I would rather compliment then complain. This in no way suggests that i don't know what i want, or that i am meek. I simply do not have respect for negative people. I'm not a push over, I pick my battles, I don't blow up, but I am, what I call, amusingly sarcastic. That said, mutual respect is important to me. In restaurants I usually sympathize with the person behind the counter not the angry customer. I loath pretentious people. In fact I pity them. I promise that I will never drive a certain car to impress someone, but I'm okay someone who has material things which represent their success at achieving their goals. I have a comfortable life focused on my teen aged daughters. My superpower (everyone has one) is being a Dad. Its been a while, so I would want to go somewhere that I could talk. Dodger game, walks downtown, I've never gone wine tasting, I'd love someone to school me. I've always been a beer drinker I'd like to learn the difference between the red and yellow bottles. But I am a weirdo about never getting a DUI, so I like cabs if I'm going to be mentally fluffy. Frankly, I'm most want to learn about her hobbies, and let her teach me a little something. I have my skill set of crazy stuff I know, and I'm happy to share.
