Hi, and welcome to my profile. I will try to put into words, who I am and what I'm hoping to find.Short version : I have a big heart, I am completely loyal, honest, open-minded, affectionate, passionate, down to earth, intelligent, masculine (but not too “macho”), spiritual but not religious, employed full-time, have a great sense of humour, and big feet!! ;) Over-all a nice guy, even though I can come across as a little rough around the edges sometimes. I enjoy walks/drives/pool/movies etc, but am basically a home body - travelling/vacationing every year is not appealing to me. You should be a happy person, with a positive outlook on life. I would also hope that you are very nice (with a healthy dose of naughty!), caring, affectionate, passionate, reasonable, and fairly feminine. Honesty and loyalty shouldn't need to be mentioned, but I can't just assume that we're all on the same page here. Physically, I am attracted to many types of women, from very slim and petite, to curvy with a little "junk in the trunk", lol! Ethnicity is completely unimportant to me. The special lady that I won't be able to take my mind off. Picturing her will put a smile on my face, and making her smile will put a warmth in my soul. Someone to share a loving gaze… a hand to hold… meaningful moments created together from nothing,... Soppy, I know, but that’s what Love is and that’s what I hope to find. Jeans and t-shirts are typical for me, but I will dress up if you want to go out somewhere nice. I am generally very patient and easy-going, love animals, easily make people laugh, and now prefer quieter times – I would rather go for a walk with you, or cuddle on the couch than go to a bar or a party. I don't mind meeting for a drink, but I am not looking to hang out in bars or pubs on any regular basis. My wild partying days are far behind me – been there, done that, can't believe I survived it! I selected "social drinker" because on rare occasions I will have one or two, literally. I don't drink to get drunk anymore, and can't stand being around people who do. I feel no great desire to have children, but would consider it with the right woman. Also, I don't mind if you already have kids, as long as they are not wild and out-of-control. I work year-round, predominantly outdoors, (currently mostly roof related issues) doing trouble-shooting/problem-solving and difficult repairs for a large renovation company, and I enjoy it (especially working at height!). I play guitar and recently started playing bass. Not publicly, just having fun with both - playing brings me some peace, even if it's heavy metal. My taste in music ranges from Slayer to Christina Aguilera, I like to watch movies and TV – mostly action, sci-fi, comedy, but also enjoy TLC, Discovery, Animal Planet, National Geographic, etc. I played a lot of sports in my younger years, but have never been interested in watching any. Both ears are pierced along with my left eyebrow (which i no longer wear) and I have a couple of tattoos. I am naturally slim and athletic, but have finally gained a couple pounds since quitting smoking a few months ago. I can cook and occassionally enjoy baking too, but don't tell anyone! I like to treat my lady like a queen, and hope she’ll make me feel like her king. Being considerate and respectful of each other is a must. I also consider myself a very sexually open and adventurous person, but I only indulge in those pleasures with my partner.     Like the headline says....I am looking for friends, to hang out with....dating....and if all goes well....I will enjoy life in a great circle of friends that myself and my bestfriend that I have an excellent relationship with hang out with....lol Music is a huge part of my passion for life.....I seem to get judged based on the fact that I play in bands.....funny thing.....if i was a bar sleeze....would i be on here? I am an artist... I have an excellent job which I have had for many years...I am respected and liked/loved by most everyone around me.
