About Me

Hello! Well, after a bit of a break I'm checking things out again. I have been very fortunate to have met a number of wonderful people through this site, but alas, I have yet to meet the "one."Summer's marching on, fall is coming (my favourite time of year!), and things are finally quieting down a bit, so I'm trying to tak advantage of meetville and the opportunity to meet some new people. Summer flew past and involved a whole lot of travel, which was awesome and fun, but left little time for, you know, dating! About me? Well, I've been told I'm funny and sarcastic, I'm loyal, I enjoy the work I do, and have been on quite an adventure in lifestyle changes and getting healthier. It's been a really incredible experience. I love food and cooking. I love music and movies of all kinds, love "good" TV (bit of a snob, lol!), like most stuff on HBO or AMC. I also love to read and need to make more time for that. I like being active, taking long walks or hikes with my dog, and running is a bit of a new obsession. I'm a pretty nerdy guy who likes gadgets and computers too!At this point, I'd love to find someone I can hang out with and get to know.     Well, about myself, For starters I love rainy nights on a covered deck listening to music, preferably country or southern rock/ classic. I enjoy little weekend getaways to no where in particular. I golf a lot and would like to find someone to play with, golf that is! lol I like watching sports, and do prefer to watch events live. I enjoy fishing but am not an avid fishermen. For me, it's time to break down the macho wall, bring back the kid at heart, and invite a little romance back into my life. How about a nice dinner or perhaps a walk by waters edge. Coffee is also a good starting point or ending lol I suppose there is just no use in wasting each others time, is there? .I'm open to suggestions to, maybe we could decide on something a little different, after all ,it could be a very special time to look back on, one never knows,does one ?
