About Me

I am a single male just looking for someone to hang out with. I love to laugh. I like the outdoors but I am also good just laying around watching a movie. I love taking a ride up through the canyons and maybe a little hike along the way. I have a twisted sense of humor and love to joke. I am looking for someone to go on a few dates with and see what it leads to.OK...after a month on here, it's time for an update. I think I should just put it all out there since I am obviously not meeting anyone. I see a lot of women's profile stating that they are not a barbie doll. Well, I am not a Ken doll...LOL. I do not have six pack abs. Never have, never will. I am not the guy that you would take a second look at walking down the street or walking through the store. I am just an average Joe. :)I am, however, an honest, loyal, hard working man. I have not had an easy life but I did have a lot of fun. I am the type of guy that will wake up early on my days off and make you breakfast in bed just because I was up. Yes, I can cook. I am by no means a chef but I can make a few decent dishes and am pretty good with new recipes. I am not a health fanatic but I am looking at joining the gym and getting something going. I worked construction of some sort for most of my life until I finally went back to school for computers. Now that I have spent the last 3 years at a desk job, I need the gym lol. I make a living and am not looking for anything from anyone. I am not rich either so not looking to support anyone. I have two kids that I love to death but I only get to see them 3 times a year and shell out a third of my paycheck in support.If you're still reading after that rant then you are probably a little crazy. :) My kind of girl. I love to laugh and I am a natural born smart ass so please be able to take a joke. I am not looking for a barbie (remember, I am not Ken... I have seen a concentration camp while I was stationed in Germany and words cannot descibe the feelings I had, but to hear and be able to talk and exchange thoughts with two survivors is something I can tell my grandkids. Do not expect a novel the first *** are for just feeling out the interest. We all have our faults and I guess one of mine is I didn't do the dishes yet today. OOOOPPS I have traveled around the world and back again, 24 countries, and have seen and done things that most people dream of. I have been invited to meet President Bush while he was in MN and have had lunchens with Sen. Wellstone while he was alive. I take my grandma to play bingo and even have my own dobber. I really do!I like watching movies either at home or theater and enjoy doing this. Also like watching horror movies, but cannot watch them by myself. It's funny that I am a War Vet and cannot watch one on my own. Oh well what do you do? Just to let you know, I crack myself up on a daily basis!!! Oh did I say that already?I would also like to travel to new places that I have not been, experience new cultures, and meet new friends on my travels.I have served in the Army during peace and war!!
