Maybe not the most macho opening line but I do like a good ol' fashioned hug!Apologies for the lack of photo but I will gladly forward one......once I've found my good side.Try to keep active to keep (at least some of) the pounds off. Mostly, football, cycling, the gym and walking. I like to take part in duathlons too. (my swimming is atrocious so triathlons are a no-no at the moment - they won't let you wear armbands for some reason) Weather permitting, hiking along the Pembrokeshire Coast or up a mountain in the Brecon Beacons is another favourite. I would like to travel abroad more but not simply to expose my skin to that (rarely seen at home) yellow orb!I enjoy watching films but I hardly watch any TV. Like to read, virtually anything, fact or fiction will do.I love music and most genres - well I have spanned a few decades. I like going to see live music too, Biffy Clyro and an Icelandic classical composer been the most recent.Yes, I do have children, both total opposites but both totally perfect. Thankfully, I see them regularly. Somewhere to walk/talk/think and do just that.

    Hi, how are you? Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my profile.About me: I'm 41, I work as the UK Account Manager for a large German company. Basically my job is business development and babysitting the existing customer base! I love to travel and have basically been all around the world. I like cycling and I run, although I must say I don't particularly enjoy running! I weight train regularly in an effort to keep some kind of shape! I am terrified of spiders. I am utterly hopeless at DIY (I'm still trying to figure out which end of a paint brush to use!) I watch Eastenders. I am a pretty good cook, especially on the BBQ.
