    Maybe not the most macho opening line but I do like a good ol' fashioned hug!Apologies for the lack of photo but I will gladly forward one......once I've found my good side.Try to keep active to keep (at least some of) the pounds off. Mostly, football, cycling, the gym and walking. I like to take part in duathlons too.
