I am a 43 year old single father of two teenagers who mean the world to me! I have been teaching and coaching for the last twenty-three years. I am involved in fitness and sports activities each and every day as a teacher, coach, or participant. I am passionate about what I do and thankful that I can make a living doing something that I love. I spend the vast majority of my time taking care of my responsibilities as a parent, teacher, and coach.
