Nice of you to stop by and thanks for the glance! This will be pretty boring I am sure! My current occupation/employment arrangement has my schedule as follows: work hard with long hours 80% of the time, then have fun and play hard for 10% or the time and figure out to ensure some down time with the time left….usually before the week starts again…?I'm am working to adjust these imbalances however, it is a process.I entertain customers and associates regularly as a component of my occupation which might be considered as a plausible upside. It's never as much fun doing it alone whether it be a fundraiser, dinner, sporting event, concert or a play. Looking to meet someone that’s interested and available to attend some of these events, understand that some will be professional and stuffy while others will be a party, but still work…..and sometimes we just go with no one else. The assistance, interaction and companionship would be the prize to go with the consistency I’m seeking. Down time is the favorite time probably because it’s a miniscule part….a Flannel or T shirts, favorite jeans, old shoes, some laughs and a warm chill, beer, coffee, cooking, family, friends, fun, sand, sun, time, travel, water, wine, winning, and work are a few of my favorite things. You should be able to spell, complete sentences be at least partially~ profitably employed and semi-sane – pretty much like the rest of us. I’m single, never married with no baggage except for myself which I’m sure some would say is too large for the overhead bins…..travel suitcases that is…. As I started with, boooring…lol. Let’s grab a drink, a bite to eat, cup of espresso, a concert, a game or a Dew420….From there, anything is possible and the options are open.

    First and foremost, I am an optimist. The cup is half- I am a person that seeks balance in my life as well as new experiences. I like good conversation and I especially like listening to people much smarter than myself. So far this probably sounds boring but I don't consider myself a boring person. I will admit that I am a little shy/ reserved when put in social situations among people with whom I am not familiar; but once you make it past first impressions it gets better. I have a few hobbies and interests but I can’t say that I am good at any one thing (just average). I think that people who get to know me admire my travel/ life experiences; I have been to most of the States and over 40 countries; I have even lived in a few countries for extended periods of time. I am not the type of person that buys into a time-share and goes on vacation to the same place every year, nor do I stay 15 minutes in a country just so I can say I have been there. Last summer I had some Russian friends come visit me; they have hosted me on a number of occasions and it was my time to reciprocate. I loved being their "tour-guide," planning out activities. In my travels I have been so fortunate to meet so many wonderful people, many of whom will never have an opportunity to visit the States; however, I was able to reciprocate on this one occasion which made me very happy.I have my own corkiness some of which includes: I hate coffee (even the smell), so if you listed coffee as an interest or a first date option… When traveling I like to stay in hostels and meet other travelers (not a fan of the 4 stars). Fashion sense- not so much, fan of ink or piercings-not so much either.I am looking for someone who wants to explore the world, culture, and human knowledge, a best-friend, travel companion and witness to my life. Not wanting children and smoking are probably the 2 main “deal-breakers,” Sorry.Thanks for readingI have been so busy remodeling my house, looking to go out and do something this summer. Anyone up for a daytrip to Mt. Maybe a museum... It's not very original but it is a public place where it is easy to have a quiet conversation and feign interest in an exhibit when silence becomes akward.

    However, I also hold an affinity for large metropolitan areas (and have lived most of my life in one). I look forward to finding that special someone soon . . . and maybe . . just maybe that someone is using this site as a means to our end (or better stated . . . the start of something absolutely wonderful)?! We shall see . . . do not hesitate in making that first step . . . one never knows until they try . . . right? Good question . . . long answer! Though getting together over coffee, drinks, and/or dinner and talking is a good starting point . . . no movie on the first date as getting to know one another is the whole point, right? But, something fun and spontaneous is always a great way to go!
