I may not look like the athletic type, but I have completed a Tough Mudder, several Triathlons, participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer five years in a row, and do the Grouse Grind regularily. I enjoy sailing on my boat, and volunteering with the Canadian Ski Patrol. I like being active outdoors, but I also know how to relax and do nothing. Preferably on a beach, on a boat, or in a Pub.
