I am a middle aged man who is fighting it all the way. Of course, with age comes wisdom. I love running, hiking, and anything outside. Though, I am also happy to relax by the fire or watch sports in a recliner.$ I enjoy the simple things in life, such as a walk and good conversations with old and new friends.
