Hi to all who end up reading this 'about me'.** I understand that everyone has their wants and needs to begin relationships, either dating or just meeting. If I have messaged you, and after you are done reading this profile, if you truly believe that there is no connection, I would just appreciate a simple message back stating something, doesn't have to be elaborate, just confirmation that you read the profile before deleting. Also, treat the person how you would want to be treated back.Now;I am looking to find someone to spend time with and see where it goes from there.I am a dad of 4 children, two set of twins. First set, one girl & one boy, 13 years old. Second set, two boys, 8 years old. I have my children every other week. I enjoy my career very much. I am a Construction Project Engineer for MnDOT which consists of Contract Administration, supervising technicians, attending and managing meetings, writing specifications for projects, and try not to mess up traffic while contractors are improving freeways. Always remember that closing a road for a day or a weekend may bring pain for those who travel them but the benefits of a smoother ride is well worth it.I like to take walks and read books when I can find time. I love watching movies in the theater or at home. I like most movies and lately I have been watching Bollywood movies, they are really good. I like trying new items when cooking, sometimes a success, other times a failure, my kids will always let me know. Now its Fall, lets bring out the camp fires, always nice to feel the warmth with a cool night.Family is important to me. I am 6 of 7. My older siblings always told me and my sister that we are the second family. There is 5 years between me and my next older brother. The pros, always slept in a hotel on vacation, my dad wanted to be comfortable. I visit my sister the most. Try to visit rest of family at least once a year. I have many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.I like listening to christian music on Air1 and KTIS. Once in awhile I still like to listen to Euro dance/ electronic music. Some of my favorite Christian singers/bands are TobyMac, Fire Flight, Building 429, Casting Crowns.I enjoy travelling.I enjoy learning about my family's past with genealogy. I hope one day to visit northern Europe where most of my ancestry is from. When time allows I do genealogy. I started back in ***after my dad passed away and realized how little I knew where I came from.I have been divorced for almost 3 years, and was separated for over a year prior to the divorce. I was married for 14 years. It ended because our lives each took a different turn and each of us had different wants and needs but I was blessed with four wonderful children.I believe to be a very committed person in a relationship. I am a gentleman and will open doors whether it's very hot, very cold, or wet, or snowing. Let the other person sit down first and I listen. We can all hear but not all people can listen and pay attention to the other person.**I try to take photos but the camera shows no justice. Just saying. My first date would be going out to dinner or coffee (more likely hot chocolate for me, don't like coffee) and getting to know the person.
