Me, I am many things: a father, a son, a computer programmer. I tend to consider myself neither a pessimist nor an optimist rather a realist as I try to see things as they are not than how I want them to be (though not always successfully). The personality says Techie but that is only one aspect, it should allow multiple 'personality' selections (and I don't mean 'multiple-personalities' as in a disorder).I am a decent cook, maybe not gourmet but I don't starve :-) I especially enjoy firing up the grill, having a few drinks and cooking up something good for that special someone and enjoy it together. Or even having a cook out for the family & friends and having a get together.I also enjoy music, quite a bit; particularly blues, rock, jazz, classic and southern rock along with trying to play the guitar and bass, for fun if for no other reason, I just enjoy doing (or trying) it.I think I have a pretty good sense of humor, at least most people seem to think so (co-workers and the like).A fan of amusement parks (KD), I particularly enjoy the wooden roller coasters!! I also enjoy watching some NFL (Cowboys) and NASCAR but am not overly fanatical about it, if I miss a game or a race I will survive! :-) I have done some traveling around the country mainly but would like to do more and would like to see some more of the world;I get along fairly well with my ex, most of the time, a plus for the kids; but that is the extent of that.If you have read this far then perhaps I have sparked some interest, drop me a line and let's see if things materialize. There could be many situations that could be great first dates, most importantly being able to get to know each other.

We may not be the same person today as we are a month, year, or decade from now; but non judgmental acceptance of a person’s experiences will bond two people together forever. . I would really like to have someone to be there for, and my beloved be there for me, share the good life, love them no matter what and be able to tell them everything will be okay—“I love you.
