I made a career change about a 15 years ago and I am much happier now.I am all about healthy body/healthy mind and balance my life by committing to a healthy and active lifestyle. I have lived this way since my early teens and see no end in sight. I currently train Muay Thai *** and commit most of my spare time to the training and sparring that comes with it. I also blade when I am able to in the Summer and beach volleyball is also right up there with my loves of Summer. I also eat fairly clean with a cheat day every week to keep the sanity in check. I don’t mind social drinks either now and then.I have my daughter who is 12 now, half the time, on an every other day type schedule which has worked for us for a decade now. She is great and stuff :)I will leave it at that for now and may add more at a later date.Best of luck to all and treat others the way you wish to be treated both here and in life in general.
