About Me

I suspect many of you will see the hairline and pass me by quicker than a GQ photographer. ;o) For those that don't, you'll find I'm not photogenic. My pics were picked out for being recent rather than flattering. Dressing up for me is slacks and a dress shirt, though I'll do the suit or tux if the situation calls for it. Regardless, I have been told my pictures don't do me justice.I'm not a glass half full or empty type of guy. I don't really dwell on it either way. I suppose I tend to concentrate on enjoying what's in it, while figuring out how to refill it as I go (or if it should be refilled!). I'm pretty low drama. I'm human, and things can get to me. It's rare it ever lasts though. Focus on what you can change, and put the rest behind you. Life's too short to get worked up and miserable.I've been told I would make an elephant look impatient. I'm not sure I agree with it, but I will attribute my patience to two teenage daughters and many of their friends! Most of those friends call me dad, and consider me anywhere from funny to hilarious. That said, I do spend too much time with teenagers and not enough with adults, hence my being here! ;o)I tend towards a active and healthy lifestyle. While I do enjoy a nice steak or burger occasionally, you'll have a fight on your hands if you try to get me into a fast food establishment! I'm good at enjoying most everything I do, and can think of dozens of things I used to do or would like to try. Still, the most enjoyable aspect of any activity tends to be enjoying it with another person. I've read a lot of profiles now that claim there are no honest men on this site. I'm telling you, you are wrong! ;o) Honesty is probably the only thing I am close minded on. Please don't up sell yourself or lie to me. I'm one of the most open minded, non judgmental, people you will ever meet. Once I know you have been dishonest, I will always be wondering about everything else you tell me. No comment is perfectly acceptable, but dishonesty is going to insure we never become more than casual friends, if that. ;o)I'm very independent, active, and happy with my life. With work, two teenage girls (shared custody), and a large close knit family, my schedule can be pretty full. Still, I recognize my life would have that much more fulfillment with someone special to share it with (as well as sharing theirs). So here I am, looking to see if online dating can offer me that opportunity!Good luck in your search!     Hiya, I have tried to be as honest as i possibly be in my profile, the person you read about would be the person you would meet x It's true i am hardworking, honest, caring, considerate, generous, reliable, a silly romantic sometime's, but above all else selfless, i always try my best to help people out, but i am also quite naughty and perhap's a little bit cheeky sometimes. While i do smoke occasionally, i am a considerate smoker and certainly wouldn't smoke around a person that didn't smoke at all and yes i will either chew mints or use mouthwash afterward's, although i am in the process of trying to give up, i suppose smoking is my only vice really as i dont drink that often and i certainly dont do drug's of any kind, i never have.
