I enjoy the gym and keeping fit and still play competitive football on a Saturday afternoon.I feel much younger than 45! I can't think of a food I don't like and honestly enjoy cooking. I enjoy going out, be it a nice restaurant, bouncing wine bar in town or a country pub, but equally happy cuddled up on the sofa with a good movie and a bottle of wine.
