About Me

Well where to begin ? It's impossible to describe the quirky mix of contradictions I mockingly call my personality in such a limited space. That's the pleasure of getting to know someone and also I don't want you to make *** I'm not there to defend myself.However, as I have to try and convince the woman of my dreams to read on, rather than contacting the Brad Pitt type who manages a hedge fund, whilst re-homing orphaned kittens in his spare time , i'll try my best.I love spending time with my two children, cooking for them and having them over to stay.I really enjoy the outdoors and nature from mountain biking, running (well more jogging/stumbling/wheezing), walking, kayaking, camping, beaches, wild swimming, climbing trees, snowball fights, skimming stones etc etc. I'm still 17 in my head but in a good way I think.All of the above gives me a clear conscience to enjoy my other passions such as good food and drink ( I love cooking and trying new things) , lazy sundays slumped by the wood burner , guilty lie ins, malt whisky, motor bikes, cream teas, reading, radio 4, singing badly in the shower, films, country pubs, things with engines and many more I'm not going to admit to in print.% for the right person. I like a laugh but I would also love to find someone who likes to talk meaningfully and intelligently sometimes.Well I'm sure that's made your mind up, so best of luck with Brad and the kittens, but if by some quirk of fate you would like to get to know me then please get in touch. Probably a coffee or a quiet drink is a good place to start and if we hit it off things can only get less conventional.
