For starters, I have 3 amazing children that I absolutely adore and play an active role in their lives. This is non-negotiable and if you have any reservations with that, then I am not your guy. If you are the type of woman who would feel like they would invade your space or take up your time, then you are definitely not the one for me. Been there done that.I have many layers to me, which is not to say that I have multiple personalities. I am very intelligent, well read and articulate, genuine and sensitive but I do have a bad boy side when I need to. I can be a protector and a nurturer and know when to play each role. I can comfortably dress up for a black tie affair and fit in extremely well or I can put on my grubbies and change the brakes on my car or build a house. I have an artistic layer, I can draw, sing (love karaoke) and love the art of writing.I believe in true love, romance and the notion that everyone has their soul mate. I try to be an effective communicator, I did say try, as well as a good listener. I am thoughtful, caring, compassionate and considerate of others and their feelings. I am passionate about what is important to me such as family, friends and my career.I am a very active person in both work and play. I run and workout daily and try to lead a healthy life style. Please, if you are going to contact me, exercise and a healthy lifestyle must be ingrained in you. I enjoy outdoor activities and nearly all sports. I prefer easy going, laid back atmospheres but am comfortable in all situations. I work very hard, my career is important to me but it does not own me. I enjoy reading when time permits and am a bit of a crossword and sudoku buff. I have a very dry sense of humor and tend to make everyone laugh in most situations. I am a very sincere and honest person and am generous to a fault.It is important to me that the woman whose attention I seek fully fits into my idea of a complete and compatible partner. I am not interested in playing the field nor anyone who is. I want to find the one person that I can share my life with and grow with. I can't and won't tolerate dishonesty, unfaithfulness, games, lack of integrity, selfishness or the inability to be reciprocal in matters of the heart. Probably sounds like I am asking for too much, but I truly know what I am looking for in a woman. I approach every day and situation with the notion that my decisions affect not only me, but those I love and therefore make decisions accordingly. I am very old fashioned, and still believe in chivalry and enjoy practicing the art.
