I have a great opportunity to go back to school full time at least for the first year. So no more big city for awhile.Sense of humor looking for responsible lady with character and knows how to laugh.Yes. I do smile. My main photo look serious but only because I can't fake a good smile for the camera. It looks better when I'm caught off guard. The odds are tricky in this game. Right!? But I have faith. Its really up to chemistry and the only way to really get a taste of that, is to meet in person. It is what it is. This is just a way to break the ice with people and get some of the basics out of the way. Religion, traditions, leisure (as in what you like to do for fun, ie:hobbies).Just a little something short and sweet for now. I like working on my fun car, photography, guitar lessons, social nights out, live bands, family, Sunday drives, etc. If you don't have any faith in God, then it won't work out. I don't do well with verbal aggressive people either. I tend to veer away from them. I'm a little on the creative side. One of my hobbies for fun is photography. Everyone has a beautiful side. Living here in S.D.) keeps me outside as much as possible so I don't have any indoor hobbies other than reading when the mood strikes me. I'd rather be enjoying outdoor activities (exploring new areas, restaurants, tourist destinations, music, theatres, etc...) I retired from the Navy in ***, still relatively young. At first, most define me (prior to a few drinks, haha) as reserved and observant... I'm definitely far from perfect, have made my share of mistakes, open minded & occasionally impulsive. I have a wide social network of friends and that is the most important thing in my life at this point. While, I am a little over 40, I don't feel or look like the traditional 40 something of my parents' generation, and attribute that to good genes, good diet, and lots of exercise. I love music in all forms and listen to everything from House, Electronica, Top 40 R&B, POP, Jazz, Ez listening, 70s-90s rock. She is someone who takes pride in her health, fitness, and appearance. I like girly girls that get their hands/feet maniucured and just like being feminine. Her enthusiasm is infectious and grounded with a strong sense of identity, purpose and independence coupled with a desire to also want together time in balance. I enjoy spending down time with her but she should want her own space like me (once in a while) that gives both of us some time to retain our identities, and miss eachother a little at the same time. She is someone who garners respect and makes a good impression on others. Most importantly, she's open minded and has unwaivering integrity.Ultimately, I want to find someone for friendship that is undefined at first that will naturally evolve as our friendship does the same. While I'm very-very open minded, I have a adverse reaction toward deception, and those that are liars and jealous in a relationship and expect that you feel the same.????What what separates me from the pack? My attention to detail, affectionate nature (PDAs very ok with me), great kisser, assertiveness, ability to listen, empathy, and in general, just gitterdun! I plan for a living and like to keep a little mystery in the mix, so I'll let this remain undone until I meet a great girl, sound good?
