My last duty station was at the Pentagon with special operations and am now medically retired. I am a wounded warrior with 4 combat tours...I do not regret my service/sacrifice to this country one bit. I had the opportunity to travel the world extensively during my career ***different countries), and have met great people. I have two AS degrees on my third degree .... trained over ***troops and ***podium hours to earn myself a master *** by the military. I like to exercise and take care of myself. I am up for dating, friendship, and relationship if it leads to it. If we make a connection to where talks would come to a relationship, I am looking for a attractive, sincere women that is family oriented, woman to possibly share my life with. I am a 41 yr old guy, separated, and willing to dip my toe in that dating pool again. I am pretty laid back, honest, and have a sarcastic sense of humor, yet I can also be serious when the situation calls for it. I enjoy spending quiet time at home just as much as a wild night on the town. I am definitely not Mr. Handy around the house, but can hold me own and enjoy the challenge of researching a household project and attempting to make it work. I also enjoy World War II history, cooking, going to nice dinners, fantasy football, and going to the range (yes that means firearms). My personality is very curious by default, (translation: I ask questions when I don't get something) and I enjoy educating myself on new topics. I notice that the word 'honesty' comes up in many women's profiles as being important, (as it should be). This seems to imply that a good many men are dishonest, which may or may not be true. I have one son, who is my pride and joy and do not want any more children at this point in my life. I enjoy every moment I spend with him and loves doing activities like teaching him how to fish, how to hit a baseball, how to look both ways before crossing the street, saying 'please' and 'thank you', and playing him in a COD Black Ops 2 Deathmatch. I enjoy watching pro sports (NFL, MLB, NHL), not a big TV watcher, but enjoy a few random shows. These days I would rather watch a movie or documentary if television is the activity.I am an affectionate person, but I'm also not 'smothering clinger stalker guy'. (Sense of humor required to date me) I haven't dated in 20 yrs and things have changed apparently. I'm changing my profile to what I've noticed that you ladies want. So.... I'm a fun loving guy, sensitive, and ultimately really just concerned with how the world relates to me. I have no job which allows me all the time I need to workout and work on my golden fake tan. I have lots of friends who let me stay at their place since I don't work. I guess they think they'll score with some of my leftovers. Whatever the reason, I'm set for now, or at least till I find a new girlfriend that I can manipulate into letting me stay with them. When I do work, it's usually construction out of town.
