Cops came up to my house today and they told me my dog was chasing someone on a bike and i told them that it was impossible, my dog don't own a bike ;)Maybe I'm getting old, but doesn't anyone miss the days when a guy and a gal would meet, go out to dinner or see a movie or go dancing, have a wonderful time, then they'd go to their respective homes and repeat the process a few days later, without expectations about anything other than another nice date? It seems that in this day & age, especially online, and especially on the internet, there are only 2 kinds of women: the ones who want just be friends and just have you around to dump all their drama on or you and the ones who want to get married right away because they're on the rebound or are co-dependent. Whatever happened to a woman in the middle? You know, the ones who just want to get to know, enjoy some company and see where it goes... Or do these women no longer exist? I would like to go on a date - or multiple dates, should we hit it off - with a nice woman. I never thought this would be such a tall order to come by, but apparently it is! I'd like to meet someone intelligent, fun, attractive and kind, funny, quirky and around my age, with a good sense of humor and generous spirit. And SINGLE - not unhappily married, not separated, not "recently out of a relationship" (which usually translates into, "We haven't really broken up yet"***actually single. Someone who would be cool with going to a movie, or a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with killer Mexican food, or a concert, or just a walk around downtown, without the expectation of sex after any or all of these things. Nice ones with brains and good conversational skills, who like to just spend time with a guy in order to get to know him and what he's about (novel concept, I know, but it's actually a good one)? Call me crazy, but I still have some hope that this strange specimen of woman exists. And if she does, I'd really enjoy spending some time with her.I am a man, who enjoys simple pleasures. I love to travel, I prefer to drive, unless it’ I enjoy movies, music, a little of everything but prefer rock... I have 2 cats, so prefer someone who likes cats. I feel like I am writing a third chorus for the pina colada song.... so bare with me... Just not used to trying to describe myself. This is so ODD....I love everything from festivals to long drives to nowhere and going to a great concert or play. I love outside bbg or a great night out for dinner. My family is very important to me. My family is a little crazy, but wouldn't have them any other way. I just basically want to find someone to connect with that has the same interests or can bring new interest to my life. Ok... i always think it’s a problem when people don't also list their bad characteristics... so here it goes, I can be a bit stubborn. I do not put my dishes in the dishwasher every night, soaking can be good. Because I spend a few hours a week playing video games, its my release, *** having a glass of wine or beer I will play a game, it relaxes me. I do have the occasional beer when I am out on the weekends but I do not drink daily…. Just hoping to meet some nice people....are you out there???? P.S. ok... not into the negative thinking thing at all... but after trying this a few times. I just want to say.. I am not ***lbs with a six pack I am in my 40's... yes.. 40's.... and I don't expect to be getting any younger any time soon....also I was in an accident when I was 18 that left me paralyzed from the waist down so I use a wheelchair but still quite active…. with that said, well..
