... I guess I should talk a little about me and what I am looking for. I recently sold my business that I had worked for the last four years and moved here. Its been a great experience but I am always looking for new challenges. You can't grow if you don't try new things, right? So I am here to meet more people here and see where it goes from there.. I spend my time between work, gym and have a harley but am not a freak about it, I just like getting out and seeing new sights. And I look good in leather lol....... Does anyone read this section? Well, just in case, I'll put something down but I'd rather you ask than me babble on. First off, thanks for taking the time stopping by and reading my profile. Well here's me: I'd rather be outside than inside. Rather play sports than watch them; be somewhere warm than cold. Love most foods but sub sandwiches and Mexican foods are my favorites and could eat them all the time. I'm open to doing most anything. I like going out sometime, not all the time. My choices do not make me a bad person, just an experienced one.The following is about a conversation I had with my grand ole man twenty yrs ago. and I truly believed the one I was talking about was the one, but even though I loved her deeply, I know that she did not live in that spot. she has moved away and made a life for herself and I have let her go completely and with no regrets or resentments. but I like the poem so I thought I would put it here. mainly to show how smart he was and still is more than anything elseroom for one: a wise old man once told me, son u need to slow ur ass down, no fire can burn that hot for that long he told me that there is room only for one and that one is the only one that will ever belong i smiled and said gramps, you don't understand, i am more than just a one woman man no one girl can ever hold me down;..thats just passin time, learning what you will need to know to be the man you will have to be to travel the lengths you will have to go if you have to ask yourself if you love this girl then you know, she probably aint the one when this part of your heart is touched all the passin time will be done she will make you think of noone else, and if you let her go noone else will ever take her place. you will try and fail every time to drink away her face i laughed out loud and when he turned around i seen for the first time an old man that carried alot of pain with a very sad story on his mind he said i been sober now damn near thirty yrs and i know a few things to be true the sun gonna rise in the morning, and God got a woman for you.; just like the times that i have tried i remember that day my grand old man looked at me and cried i never knew the one he was speaking about, she died before i was born but i remember that look in his eye when he spoke of her that day the love the rage the chaos that is the eye of the storm when you know you will never again hear her say not with words but with that look in her eye and the way she touched your face that you are loved by the only one that will ever live in that place. i know now grandpa what you meant when you said there was room only for one but mine is still breathing, so maybe this story is not yet done... I am from the rough side of the tracks. I grew up hard and I have some skeletons that like to come out and play. I AM NOT YOUR AVERAGE REDNECK, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SKIN A DEER, I DON'T TEAR DOWN MOTORS, AND IF I PULL THE TRIGGER ON A GUN, IT IS GOING TO MAKE THE EVENING NEWS!! I will be honest and explain in as great a detail as you are willing to hear on anything in my life. I have no secrets, but remember the old saying: Be careful what you ask; be sure you really want to know. To be honest, I would much rather laugh than fight, and I would much rather romance you than make up with you. I am an offshore logistics consultant who is often gone for work. I spend about two weeks at a time at work, then home for a couple of weeks, then back. I am sarcastic and can laugh the hardest at myself more than others. I am wanting to have a child before I get too old, haha, but we don't always get what we want. I have several tattoos. Most of my upper body is covered. They cannot be seen with a t-shirt on. I am told that my eyes my greatest asset. I am rebuiling my life after losing much due to some bad personal choices. I have a much greater appreciation for what I have now. I shoot pool, but drinking is not a requirement. To party is one thing, to have it as a lifestyle is another. Been there and done that. That is a matter of personal choice, and I would not try to mandate or influence in any way the choices made by anyone i may be hanging out with. I do not get drunk or get loaded simply because I do not like who I am when under the influence. I am not against drinking and partying as an ***, I just know my own limitations. I am no moviestar, but I know that I am not repulsive. You won't need to hide me in the closet when company comes around...lol. Sex is not hard for me to get. Just not all that I am looking for today. I want the intimate companionship that comes with loving the one meant for you. To all I sincerely hope that you find the arms of the one meant for you. May the Power that you believe in bring to you all that is yours to have! how can i tell you what the first date would be having never even spoken to you yet? the only thing i can say for sure is that IT WOULD NOT BE A MOVIE. how can two ppl get to know each other, learn how they look when responding to you if the both of you are sitting side by side in a dark room looking at the wall? great third date, but i want to look into your eyes and read your body language which will tell me as much as the words that you are speaking.
