I stay active both mind and body…to me there one in the same and they both need to be healthy…I love to cook for friends and family, I’m an avid oil painter, closet Buddhist and kind of a science geek but I’m a wicked funny science geek! once you get to know me…I believe in respect for oneself and others, that we are all interconnected and we are all human….I don’t try to be perfect…I am who I am, I know the difference between an inalienable truth and BS, I have beautiful daughter who continues to challenge and teach me. I’ve always felt that a man’s job in a relationship is to be that someone who cares unconditionally, who sees both good and bad flaws and continues to support and let that special person be themselves.
