I try to live a simple, country life, and eat food with organic or natural ingredients, staying away from processed food. Bonus points if you know what GMOs are. For the most part I would rather we prepare a meal at home than go out to eat. I have sailed my own boat to the Bahamas many times and look forward to going again.
