About Me

Hello ladies. I'm Joey. I do historical research for a local non-profit and absolutely love what I do. When I'm not working I like to do a wide variety of things. I love the outdoors and really enjoy fishing. I also like to go to the park, the zoo, and the French Market. This area has a lot to offer and I’m all for taking advantage of it. I also like hanging out at home with family and friends – especially during football season. I am a fanatical Saints fan! I also love to cook, read, and watch movies but I'm not a big fan of television (except for the Walking Dead!). Music-wise I’ll listen to just about anything but I prefer punk/rock. I don't drink so bars and clubs really aren’t my thing unless I'm going to see a band play. I'm a pretty outgoing person and I like being out and about but I also enjoy spending time alone if I have someone special to spend it with. As far as the future goes, I'm very much a history nerd and plan to go back to school to pursue my master’s degree, hopefully sooner rather than later. Someday I would like to do guided tours overseas for historical tour companies.Well, that’s the condensed version of me. If there’s anything else you’d like to know please feel free to ask.
