Ultimately I am looking for a partner in life. I am smart and playful. I can be sensitive and emotional, but I am not a drama queen and don't want to be with one either. I'm definitely not the "player" type, but sometimes I wish I was better at putting myself out there. I'm not a shy person, but for some reason when it comes to dating I think I am. I always get asked why I don't have a BF, because people always think I should, so here I am. I enjoy casual first dates. I don't need to be impressed with a fancy restaurant. Getting invited to your favorite hole in the wall that has great food can be just as impressive, if not more. I also love to go on little field trips...maybe bike riding at the beach, a hike, jumping out of a plane at 25,***kidding on the last one, even though I have done that before haha.) The most important thing is that I like to be comfortable and relaxed on a first date and have a chance to get to know the person I am with.

I love the outdoors, my dogs (two Weimaraners), and town. (O4W), but would love to telecommute from somewhere quiet and small, but with a good diner and bar. Not much to ask...I'm interested in meeting someone who is real - not a profile of who you hope to be. Everything starts with honesty, even here if we're serious. I prefer a long dinner and drinks to get to know people. I'm casual, but career driven. I am easily entertained, and would like someone who finds humor and has drive. I hope you're happy and enjoy the simple things, but a relaxed vacation is always deserved. Perspective. Love art, music, reading, football, hockey, grilling, dogs, this country, and above all the outdoors. Technology and art again. Laid back and I like most things, at least will try them once. Except skydiving. That's just crazy...although a part of me wants to be talked into it. I'm an outdoors person, but love a weeknight in with dinner and a movie. Relax during the week from work, and live the weekend. Free, outside, and travel up north, or to the beach. I'm equally comfortable, and driven by the weather and what sounds fun. I'm learning to live in the moment and like it, it decompressed my day which is built around schedules, long term plans, and chaos at times. A sense of humor, somewhat off color a plus, if my written word didn't infer it before now. Very bad at texting, I assume sarcasm and what not. Strangely, this doesn't come across in texting. Huh. Nothing distracting, we should talk, get to know each other. A walk in the park with my dogs, a hike, Normal stuff, dinner, drink, casual.

I am trying to find a nice, attractive guy for friendship with the hopes for eventually dating, and possibly LTR. It would be nice to enjoy the simple yet fun things in life with someone that is genuine and open to new experiences.I am attracted to confident guys who don’t express it through words, but how they carry themselves. I have many aspirations in life - both short and long term and hope to find someone with the same passions. Some of the character traits I am attracted to include; a sense of humor and, be able to laugh, college educated, respectful of friends, family, and their partner, a great communicator, spontaneous yet responsible, and lastly, someone serious about pursuing a monogamous relationship. I would not say I'm physically attracted to a specific type of guy; history has told me it’s all about the connection; that spark and chemistry. It's a great feeling but does not happen often. I am a pretty easy going guy who can usually have fun doing just about anything. I enjoy meeting up for coffee, catching a movie or a show, going bowling or going on a hike, seeing an exhibit at a museum, or just wandering aimlessly around a park.
