I like to think that there are still gay men that want something more than seeing what is behind the next zipper.I do not profess to be perfect, but I do try to continually learn, grow and become a better person. I know that I have attributes that should be desirable, but I am just having a difficult time meeting someone that doesn't want to spend their life in the gay bars.I work a white collar job, love what I do it is in the legal field. I like to travel be it a day trip, away for the weekend or somewhere more exotic. I am not afraid to go by myself if it is a place a really want to go. I like red wine, prefer the beach over the mountains, and like to have an adult beverage, but rarely drink at home, and never do so when I am alone, I like Sunday breakfasts out with friends or my partner, would prefer to have fewer friends that are close than many acquaintances, would prefer to have dinner parties over going to the club, love meals out at nice restaurants with friends, thinks candlelight is romantic, love to kiss and touch without it always having to be about sex, has a good sense of humor, get really upset when I see an animal that was killed by a car, and couldn't live without some type of creative outlet. Mannerism wise, I am not a knuckle dragging neanderthal but not flaming either, so I'm not sure how exactly you would describe me, I am just me...Thanks for reading and good luck in your search as well. Our first date should is an opportunity to learn about each other. We should not be on our "best behavior" just for the sake of making a good impression, but rather talk, understand and get to know one another. We are real people and we should just be ourselves.

One of my most favorite things to do is spend time *** the lake with friends &/or family. I also like to read. I can honestly say that I love my job (I'm an RN). I'm part of a nerd because I love Sci-Fi & I DVR Cops every Saturday. I miss my Mother more than words can express. I'm from Mayberry & I'm actually "kin" I hate to be the driver! I like all kinds of music (except Hip-Hop & rap). I'm a sucker to my Nieces (5 of them), my Nephew, & my God-Son. I'm a decent cook, but I don't do it often. I hate to clean house, but I could do laundry every day. I'm frugal, but not to the extreme. I hate to do financial stuff! In relationships, I tend to allow the other one be in the spot-light. I think a nice first date would be a picnic on my dock on a warm day...something simple where we could talk & get to know one another.
