For the first date we could start the evening off at a nice local coffee cafe and if things are going well and we both would like too we could have a nice quiet dinner, hopefully Italian with a nice, sweet, white wine. We would take plenty of time so that we could savor the meal and have ample time to talk with each other. Maybe after our relaxing dinner we could take a nice long walk in a local park, to be closer to nature as we learn more about each other.
