This is always the hard part....trying to decide what to say.... I don't like a lot of drama, so I don't create it nor do I let it in to my life. I enjoy running, dining out, hanging out with my friends, roller coasters and amusement parks, home and garden projects and much more. I like to go to sporting events especially Braves games. I love to spend a Saturday afternoon watching college football and drinking beer. I don't spend my evenings and weekends at bars. I much rather stay at home. The only time that I frequent bars is when I am hanging out with a group of friends. I am a big theatre fan! I love live entertainment. I have season tickets to the Alliance and Serenbe Playhouse. I am always open to going to the theatre! I am not a big reader, but I do enjoy reading magazines. I am big into current events....it always gives me something to talk about. I do like to talk but can be shy at first when meeting new people. I am a very positive person and love to laugh. I find the positive and funny things in situations...not really open to negative people or complainers. What's the point of being negative? I am looking for people to date and ultimately a healthy LTR. I like to take it slow and don't plan on jumping into a relationship in less than six months. If there’s one thing I’ve noticed about these sites is that there aren’t all that many LI guys on them, especially close to my age. I suppose I could try one of those “apps” but, from what I’ve seen, they appear to be a virtual gay brothel, which is not something that interests me.I’ve been told that I’m a good guy, honest, down to earth and, easy to talk to. I try to keep an open mind and, unlike most people, I will typically respond back to you if you write to me, I try not to be rude about that. My personality can range from lighthearted and jovial to serious, as circumstances dictate. Despite the tone of this profile, you’ll have to take my word for it that I have a sense of humor; you’ll just have to hang out with me a few times to see it. ;) With that in mind, a sense of humor is a MUST in my book.My taste in music is pretty much all over the place and typically ranges from '80's music to Dance and Electronic. I do have soft spot for love songs; call it a weakness if you will. I’m open to meeting new friends but, my ultimate goal is to find someone to date for the long term.
