Short story is there was no help a person to get back on there feet after losing there muscle mass and being very week treatments 3 years. I met cool friend that helped me get back on my feet with my health. Clay my very best friend is now a Doctor also now like my self. This is how I became a Sports Medicine trainer / MD help others with there injuries or just need help become stronger persons. In there life of every day routines. I'm open minded man looking for nice man also who can enjoy sharing fun times with . Likes working out few days at gym like myself is also fit. Can go dinner with my best friends.
