Short story is there was no help a person to get back on there feet after losing there muscle mass and being very week treatments 3 years. I met cool friend that helped me get back on my feet with my health. Clay my very best friend is now a Doctor also now like my self. This is how I became a Sports Medicine trainer / MD help others with there injuries or just need help become stronger persons. In there life of every day routines.
