I work as an analyst at a large financial *** was a web application developer in a previous life. I wouldn't say I'm a "computer geek", but I do admit to playing Dungeons & Dragons when I was younger.:) I don't smoke and I drink socially. I'm a bit of a coffee drinker but my main vice is Diet Dr. Pepper.My main interest is music. I play bass and guitar, but mostly a bass player. I'm in a folk/country band playing mostly original material. I've been playing more oldies/muzak/blues for the last few years. I was even in a country band for a while, how about that?-cuban, latin jazz, Indian classical jazz-fusion, Soul, R&B, Blues, world music, and Rock. I can play most of that to some degree except the Indian jazz-fusion music, that's hard stuff. More of a groove player but am known to "push the envelope" a bit.:) Not much into classical music, but I did go through that phase years ago.I go to the used record store often and get anything that looks cool. I've been doing this since the late 80s and I have a ton of stuff. Most of the stuff I buy can be classified as "jazz".I watch some sports. I'm an "old time" hockey fan. I have to admit I was a fan of "sports entertainment" for many years but haven't been following it very much. I know a little too much about the business. I watch auto racing, mostly Formula One. Not much into NASCAR or IRL. I watch ALMS and DTM if I see it on SPEED. I used to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. I wasn't very competitive though. I lifted at the state championships a couple of times but they let anyone lift there. I haven't lifted for years and a bit out of shape. Believe it or not, I have some athletic ability and I laugh at bodybuilders. :) I may try a comeback in weightlifting.I follow the buckeyes a little. I graduated from there, but am not a die-hard fan. I go to OSU hockey and baseball games from time to time. If you have an extra ticket to football or basketball, you may be able to twist my arm. And I found a couple. I'm a bit of a movie buff. I lean toward action movies and like watching lower budget films. I used to do the $1 movies quite often but haven't gone in a while. I have a pretty good selection of DVDs. Believe it or not, Big Lots is a good place to get them.I'm looking for a long term relationship. probably grab coffee somewhere. Chat, hang out , maybe a movie, go see a local band.

Well, I have plenty of free time. Been separated for 6 months now. Love to have fun and explore new places. Love the beach, ocean and boardwalk. I like going out just to find something new and fun to do. Kids are wonderful and I have no problem having fun with them. I like all kinds of movies, from comedies to sci-fi and Horror. Tv, well, I love Big Band Theory, family guy, anything not to serious. I do like some documentaries though. I still like video games and Xbox is my game of choice. Basically I'm a fun guy dressed up like an adult. Music...well anything but modern rap. I appreciate anything well done, rock, 80's, 90's, even some heavy metal. can't leave out some Metallica, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Motlet Crue, Zepplin. My best 1st date would be agreeing on meeting at a nice place where we both feel comfortable. Talking and getting to know each other. Just seeing how we feel and go from there. Not pushy or rushing anything. A nice dinner perhaps, maybe a movie. But time to see how things feel.
