I took some time off from dating and now I am free to start again and be "ME". Well, Actually ***years. I met a great lady online before. It didn't last, but it taught me many things about myself and who my partner will be. Communication, respect, and being prepared to blend families MUST be present to make things last. Not getting lost in the relationship, and still being “yourself” is also important.The biggest thing for me is/was communication. If you don't talk and share your needs, wants, concerns, and desires with me, I won't know how to please you and we won’t be able to deal issues and problems. Yes, some of it is common sense, but a lot, is not. I am not a mind reader! Without communication, mistrust and resentment grow and will destroy a relationship. Being "me" means being “fit” emotionally and physically again. I’m little wiser... I love kids, I love to try new things, and I love people in general... My girl is physically stimulating; intellectually and spiritually passionate. She is comfortable in jeans and flops as well as dressing up for a romantic dinner. She likes the beach and the ocean and appreciates the beauty of the mountains. Physical attraction is important to me, but not as much as a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a GOOD HEART. She takes care of herself...Even her toes... (lol) Has a sense of humor (get it?), is adventurous and outgoing, but also can be relaxed and "laid back"... I love sharing someone’s time and energy. As well as my well-being, being important, the well-being of others is really important to me. Basically, I'm hoping to meet my best friend, lover, and confidant. If the stars don’t line up for us completely then having another friend in my life is just fine with me... It all depends on the chemistry and conversation that follows...So let’s see...
