For Father's Day, my daughter gave me a card she made at school where she had to fill in the blanks. It said, "I love my dad because he is so loving ."I don't drink coffee, but I have a Keurig for company. If you want to go out for drinks, I'll probably be drinking water. I don't need anything to "take the edge off" but I don't mind if you do. If at some point, we end up having a candlelight night in, I'll have some wine or 'ritas with you. The first date depends on what my date likes and where she'll feel comfortable. I don't have any expectations when I meet someone new. Dating is about giving to and encouraging the other person without expectations. When both people have that mindset, it works really well.
