Hi there! I'm a calm easy going guy who loves to get out and do things. I rarely watch TV or play video games. Life is too short to spend it on the couch!I try to exercise every day, sometimes twice a day. My favorite is mountain biking. There are a lot of great trails locally but I like to go on a couple road trips every year.I do my best to eat healthy but a couple times a week I'll break down and have a burger or pizza. I do have a weakness for chocolate ice cream though....I have four daughters that are very special to me. Two of them are on the local ski team with me and that has been a great bonding experience.
