I live a boring life. Work monopolizes most of my free time.I love to spend time with my friends and my daughter. I believe that it is derived from inner confidence and personality. (As a side note: I also find intelligence to be extremely sexy.) Independence is important to me. I want to share time together, not dominate someone's every waking moment. There needs to be something left to talk/laugh about at the end of the day. ;-)I am a bit of a SciFi geek. I love comedy. My music interest pretty much stays in the Metal genera (80's to current...but mostly leans toward the more current) I am an avid coffee drinker. I believe that a coffee shop would make a great place to meet and introduce ourselves. From there...let spontaneity be the guide.Never opposed to meeting up with "your" friends. The company that you surround yourself with provides fantastic insight into the person that you are. (With luck they will also provide fantastic laughs with embarrassing stories from your past!)

For me there has to be room for both, not one or the other. So boots and jeans one weekend with a little country dancing, sport coat and tie the next. I love the game of baseball which to me is like playing chess – I’ve coached the game for 18 years, plan to continue it some capacity. Being from the country, I enjoy the outdoors and appreciate seeing nature untouched. As far as the dating thing goes, I’m just looking to date and let things take on their natural course. When the right one comes along, we will both know, so don’t let the “just dating” title fool you, it’s truly all about how things go. I’m looking for that person to enjoy all that life has to bring…. That is the ideal match, one that wants to share in each other’s dreams. They would be intelligent, yet silly - confident but not overbearing. Part of my dreams is to see as much of the world I can, so being adventures is a must, able to go to a beach and relax or climb a mountain trail. So if you see the fit, let’s start the fairy tale. Has to be somewhere that we can have a conversation...meet for dinner or drinks or a walk in the park.
