I will be moving to the West side soon and am there every other week for business and scouting for a good neighborhood and home.Okay so this is where I tell you all sorts of things about myself and where you try to figure out whether this total stranger is a jerk or a player. I'm neither and I look for the same from you. :-) I'm am an intelligent, confident, athletic, positive, loyal, kind-hearted, protective (but not jealous), monogamous, romantic man. I like anything that gets my heart rate up, is outdoors surrounded by nature, stimulates my brain, or touches my heart. I love to travel. I plan to do as much as I can. I enjoy romantic surprises and find that intimacy, true intimacy is about the best feeling in the world. And yes I am one of the few guys who realizes that intimacy is so much more than sex, so much more. I love feeling connected to one special woman. I am funny and easy going. I think that life was meant to be gulped, not sipped. I'm not a serial dater and I'm not a player. I enjoy good communication, and I like having fun. I am serious about finding my special person and looking for a deep emotional connection, but I'm not in a hurry. I believe that love, like life, has its own timing and reason. I'm looking for that special woman to dance through life with me. Not in front or behind me, but by my side. If you are a cheater or emotionally unavailable or play games, into drama, are materialistic, have a negative attitude and see the glass half empty, idea of mental stimulation is an episode of The Bachelor or American Idol, please don't waste our time.I like adventure and excitement and soul-changing experiences. But I also enjoy being mellow and relaxed. In my opinion, if there is something better than snuggling with your special person by the fire on a winter afternoon and looking into each others eyes I don't know what it is. That feeling of absolute connection and depth with another person is beyond words. Stealing intimate moments like that throughout the day are golden for me. A kiss on the back of the neck, an unexpected comment about how beautiful you are, or a tender kiss on the forehead. Wow! That is the stuff that romance writers try to capture. Why not have that in real life? If you are open to that kind of intimacy, and willing to love fully, then the romance and passion doesn't have to end.One thing about me: I like to ride my bike and yes sometimes I wear those dorky-looking biking shorts.
